all my rod bearings are perfect every time and I've replaced them 3 times. I've had OEM and Clevite bearings. I inspect/replace them every 7k miles or so after about 3 years of driving. My car makes about 550rwhp and I occasionally turn the boost up. It's not a daily driver and I never put more than 3k miles a year on it for the past 10 years. Now my thrust bearing is a different story. Every time and 3 times in total, I pulled the crank to inspect, the copper was showing on the thrust face. My oil pressure is high. When the engine is fully warmed up, it's about 50psi @3000rpm. Thrust is set on the loose side, about 0.005 -0.007 every time.
